Align Calendar is a social calendar that helps friends find time together. Plan events, manage tasks, and share your availability, so you can make plans without the endless back and forth.
"When are you free?" texted twelve times isn't a plan. Share as much or as little as you want, from free/busy only to full details, and Align lines everyone up so you can see the windows when the group is actually free.
Idea to invite in seconds. Send a link and friends RSVP with no app, no account and no download on their side. Everyone's answer lives in one place instead of scattered across five threads.
Your to-dos, your people and your time in one place, tuned for evenings and weekends as much as for work. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook and your existing events sit alongside your Align plans.
Every theme brings its own palette and typeface, so the app you open twenty times a day feels like yours. Tap through a few and the preview updates live. Premium adds advanced customization, including your own colours, fonts and widgets.
Align is free to start and free to keep using. The core calendar, friends, invites and availability sharing cost nothing. Premium lifts the limits for people planning a lot.

Premium is purchased in the app and starts with a free trial. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout, and the subscription renews until you cancel. You can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store account settings.
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Align uses read-only access to your calendar for two things: to display your existing events alongside your Align plans, and to compute your free/busy availability so friends can find shared time.
One narrow exception, only if you switch it on: enabling Google Meet links on an Align scheduling page additionally requests calendar.events, used solely to create, update and cancel the appointment somebody books through that page so it carries a Meet link. No other event on your calendar is ever touched. Align never sells your data and never uses it for advertising. You can disconnect at any time. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for full details.
Is Align free?
Yes. Align is free to use. You can create a calendar, add friends, share your availability and make plans at no cost. There is also an optional Premium subscription that removes the free plan's limits and adds scheduling pages and advanced customization. You never have to buy it to use Align.
What devices does Align work on?
Align runs on iPhone via the App Store, and in any modern browser on Android, Mac and Windows. A native Android app is coming soon.
How do friends see when I'm free?
You control exactly what each friend can see, from free/busy only to event titles, full details or nothing at all. Align lines up everyone's availability so the group can spot times when you are all free.
Does Align work with Google Calendar and Outlook?
Yes. You can optionally connect Google Calendar or Outlook with read-only access, so your existing events appear alongside your Align plans. The only time Align writes to your calendar is if you switch on Google Meet links for a scheduling page, and then only for the appointment somebody books through it.
How do I invite friends to an event?
Send an invite link. Friends open it, RSVP, and the event lands on their calendar, with no account required on their side.
Does Align sell my data?
No. Align never sells your data and never uses your calendar content for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Open Align, add a couple of friends, and put something on the calendar worth showing up to.
